When is EDI open for business?
We are typically open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

At our discretion, we may modify our hours or schedule exam arrival times before 8:00 a.m. to better serve the community.


What phone number do I call regarding billing and insurance issues?

How quickly will my exam report make it to my doctors office?
EDI's goal is to have exam reports to your doctor's office within 24 hours.


What is EDI's policy about cancelling an appointment?
We try to make whatever scheduling changes our patients require regarding their appointments, but do request that you try to give us at least 24-hours notice in the event a change or cancellation is required.


Does EDI take walk-in patients without an appointment?
Yes, but only for X-ray services.

All other exams require an appointment. Please call (775) 753-9431 to schedule an appointment.


Can you send my exam reports to multiple physician's offices?
Yes. Please notify the Patient Relations Representative when you check in at EDI for your appointment and provide the doctor's names of where you want the reports sent. We will ensure the doctors receive the reports.


Do I need a referral for a screening mammogram?
As long at it is just a screening (this means you are not experiencing any problems and have no symptoms) no referral is needed.


In order for us to fully process and deliver the results of your exam, will need to provide the name of your doctor (general practitioner or specialist).
